SCI PSYCHOSOCIAL PROCESS
SCI Psychosocial Process is the official publication of the American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Psychologists and Social Workers, 75-20 Astoria Boulevard, Jackson Heights, New York, 11370-1177. It is published twice a year as an e journal for the purpose of disseminating information of value to psychologists, social workers and other psychological professional caring for spinal cord injured persons.
SCI Psychosocial Process is sent to members of the American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Psychologists and Social Workers and to all interested individuals and institutions. Statements made in this publication about products with respect to their value and usefulness are solely those of the author or authors and do not suggest endorsement by the Association. SCI Psychosocial Process is indexed in Social Work Abstracts and the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL).

Guidelines for Contributors
Articles pertaining to any facet of patient care are welcome. All queries or manuscripts must be typewritten or letter quality computer generated, double spaced on 8.5 x 11 inch paper with at least 1.5 inch left and right margins. If hard copies are the method used. Four copies of each manuscript should be accompanied by a cover letter which includes the name and credentials of the contributors. If an email attachment is the method used, the email needs to be sent directly tot the editor and should also include the names and credentials of the contibutors.SCI Psychosocial Process will not consider manuscripts that have been submitted to or published by other publications. Manuscripts accepted for publication by SCI Psychosocial Process become the sole property of the American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Psychologists and Social Workers and may not be reproduced without permission of the editors.
SCI Psychosocial Process is a peer reviewed journal.
All full-length articles must contain no less than 1,000 and no more than 5,000 words (4-20 manuscript pages). All quotations and materials borrowed from other sources must be identified, and listed. Submissions must conform to the format in the APA Manual for Authors and Editors, 3rd Edition.
Tables, charts, and illustrations must be clearly drawn, titled, and submitted on separate sheets of paper. All footnotes and references relevant to the tables and charts may be listed on the same page. Captions must accompany all photographs (black and white glossy prints are preferred) and illustrations.
