Advocates for and facilitates the provision of comprehensive, effective clinical services by psychologists and social workers to improve the quality of outcomes for individuals in spinal cord injury rehabilitation.

• Promotes the development, implementation and refinement of professional standards for psychologists and social workers in spinal cord injury rehabilitation to improve treatment outcomes.
• Promotes and participates in the development of clinical practice guidelines, including clinical services provided by psychologists and social workers, to improve quality treatment.
• Promotes the professions of psychology and social work as core rehabilitation professionals through interface with other professional groups and accreditation agencies.
• Interfaces with Association committees and task forces regarding activities/issues in the clinical services arena.
