Elected by, and responsible to the membership, the goals of the Board of Directors are to conduct the affairs of the Association; establish, implement, and direct activities to ensure adherence to the goals and objectives of the Association; provide leadership to the membership; and to fulfill the corporate mandate, as identified in the Bylaws.

A term of office is three years. Board Members may serve only two consecutive terms. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please submit a Letter of Interest and a current curriculum vita to the Administrative Office by February 1. Current Board members whose term of office expire must also submit a Letter of Interest if they wish to continue to serve on the Board.

The Nominating Committee will convene a teleconference by February 15 to review the Nominations Applications and select nominees to be placed on the ballot. A ballot will be mailed to the voting membership by March 1. Newly elected Board Members will be notified by May and will assume their positions at the close of the Annual Business Meeting in September.
